How do I choose the right tape for my application?
Start with the substrates and surface condition, then describe the bond or function required, temperature, moisture, outdoor exposure and any electrical or chemical conditions. The final choice should be checked against current technical data and tested in your actual process.
Can JSRH help compare tape materials?
Yes. Send the product references you are comparing and explain the application and acceptance criteria. Our team can review the information available for those materials and discuss next steps; suitability must be validated under your use conditions.
Can I request a specific brand or product reference?
Yes. Include the exact brand and model number, and attach a data sheet or label photo if available. Brand availability and any proposed alternative are confirmed for each enquiry.
Can tape be supplied as die-cut parts or converted rolls?
Share a drawing and the required format. JSRH lists processes such as die cutting, slitting, rewinding, sheeting and lamination; feasibility, dimensions, tolerances and order quantities are reviewed for each project.
