3M 468MP is a 200MP acrylic adhesive transfer tape for bonding thin industrial components such as nameplates and overlays.
The manufacturer family data lists a typical adhesive thickness of 0.13 mm for 468MP, compared with 0.06 mm for 467MP. This refers to the adhesive layer, not the liner or a foam backing. The thicker layer is a useful comparison when surface texture and bond-line space matter.
Evaluate the available bond area, surface texture and edge profile using the actual parts. A thicker adhesive layer does not automatically make every joint stronger. Confirm compatibility with coatings, inks and plastics, then follow the manufacturer pressure and dwell guidance.
Identify the specified model, substrate pair, roll width and length, or provide a drawing for cut parts. Include required quantity, liner handling and destination so that the quotation covers the intended assembly process.

3M 467MP is a thin adhesive transfer tape using 3M 200MP acrylic adhesive. It is used for bonding nameplates, graphic overlays and other thin components.
An adhesive transfer tape leaves an adhesive layer after liner removal rather than a conventional film or foam carrier. The manufacturer lists a typical adhesive thickness of 0.06 mm for 467MP. Metal and high surface energy plastics are relevant substrate groups.
For thin overlays, compare edge visibility, surface texture and final bond-line thickness. 468MP provides a thicker adhesive layer in the same family; it is not a direct thickness substitute. Test the actual printed finish, coating and plastic grade before production.
Send the overlay or nameplate material, mating surface, dimensions and quantity. For converted parts, include the cut outline, registration needs and preferred liner presentation. Confirm the roll format and current data sheet when requesting a quotation.
